Welcome to the PATH community! By accessing and using PATH's website, digital experiences, social media platforms, mobile apps, wearable technology, or other products and services, you are bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). 2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended solely for users who are 18 or older. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

In order to use certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. The following rules apply:
Stay True: Provide accurate and current registration information about yourself. Do not misuse the account and create multiple accounts.
Stay Secure: Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Stay Responsible: Notify PATH immediately of any unauthorized use of your PATH account. You are responsible for anything that happens through your PATH account - with or without your permission.


4. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our company or our content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of our company and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content from our website without our express written permission.

5. Formation of a Contract

  • The information set out in the Terms and Conditions and the details contained on this Platform do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat. No Contract in respect of any Products shall exist between you and us until we have shipped the Products to your address.
  • Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
  • Price and Payment, Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Platform are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to cancel your Order. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If you have already paid for your Order, you will receive a full refund of the paid price in accordance with the refund timelines outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
    • We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill your order if the price listed on our platform is incorrect, even after your order has been acknowledged by us.
    • You may choose to pay for your order using any of the payment methods listed on our platform or the cash on delivery option. Additionally, you may use e-gift cards, store credit, or promotional vouchers to pay for all or part of the price of your order.
    • E-gift cards and promotional vouchers can only be applied at the checkout page online. They will not be accepted if presented to our personnel in person.
    • To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we will encrypt your card information. Once we receive your order, we will check to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction by requesting pre-authorization on your card. Your order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be charged once we have sent you the order acknowledgement. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.
    • By clicking the "Order now" button and authorizing the payment, you confirm that the card belongs to you or that you are the authorized holder of the e-gift card or promotional voucher and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product.
  • Mistaken Orders, if you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Platform, please contact us immediately at experience@path.gg. We will try our best to process your request.
  • Refusal of Order
    • We reserve the right to remove any products from our platform at any time and to edit or remove any materials or content from our platform. We will make every effort to process all orders, but there may be exceptional circumstances where we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent an order acknowledgement. We reserve the right to do so at any time and at our sole discretion.
    • In the event that we cancel your order and you have already made payment, the payment will be fully refunded to you.
    • We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product from our platform, whether it has been sold or not, for removing or editing any materials or content from our platform, or for refusing to process or accept an order.

6. Delivery

  • We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. You must ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is someone to sign for and take delivery of the products from the delivery service used. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
  • Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, in which event we will inform you using the contact details that you provided to us when you made your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
  • We deliver in our standard packaging.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accurate, and that there is someone available to accept and sign for the delivery from the shipping carrier. We will not be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver the products if the delay or failure is caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
  • Please note that there may be some locations where we are unable to deliver, in which case we will inform you using the contact information provided when you placed your order, and arrange for the cancellation of your order or delivery to an alternative address.
  • All products will be shipped in our standard packaging.
  • Once the product is delivered, the risk of loss or damage to the product will be transferred to you, except when delivery is delayed due to your breach of contract. In this case, risk will be transferred at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. Once the risk is transferred to you, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product. Any breach of obligations by you may affect your ability to shop on our platform in the future.
  • If delivery is delayed due to your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery or collect the product within one week of our first attempted delivery, we may charge you for any reasonable costs incurred or cancel the contract and issue a refund, less any reasonable administration charges.
  • You acknowledge that the products are standard and not customized to fit any specific requirements you may have.
  • In the event of a conflict regarding eligibility for free shipping, the value on our platform will be considered final.

7. Cancellation by Customers

If you wish to cancel your Order, you may cancel via the Platform. Cancellation is only available for Orders that are not packed. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Once an Order has been packed it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to the company according to our Return Policy, or as otherwise advised by the Customer Service Team. Any payment made will be refunded.

8. Returns and Refund Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product in accordance with our exchange or refund policy. The product must be unused, with unaltered tags and in its original packaging, if applicable. This policy only applies to products that are not listed as non-refundable on our platform.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be received by our company. You must ensure that the product is returned in the same condition it was received and properly packaged. If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the product back to you. Misuse of our return policy may result in legal action.
  • You can also visit one of our pop-up stores for a refund or exchange.
  • Returns are typically received and processed at our warehouse within five business days after drop-off. Processing time may vary depending on your return method and shipping carrier. Our quality control team will take up to two business days to process your return.
  • Refunds will be issued shortly after we receive and inspect the items, in accordance with the preferred refund method indicated on your return slip. For exchanges, we will issue a refund in the form of wallet credit for your next purchase. If you prefer a different refund method, please contact our customer service team at experience@path.gg and we will do our best to assist you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the products purchased through it, including, but not limited to, any loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data or any other loss or damage. This limitation of liability applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and our and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our Services in violation of these Terms or in violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), the parties shall first try to resolve the dispute by negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within a reasonable time, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through a mutually agreed upon alternative dispute resolution procedure. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution, the parties agree that the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms means you accept such changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the e-commerce website is based.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

18. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect.

By using our services, you signify your acceptance of these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
